The Carlisle Family has been in business as Blue Note Vintage Music since 1994. We have been collectors of vintage instruments for 35 years. A lot has changed in the vintage market over the years, but our care for our customers has not changed. We take great pride in the quality of our vintage instruments and in how we take care of our customers. We offer vintage instruments, as well as great starter collectibles for those who are just beginning to explore the vintage market. When you visit our Reverb shop, it is like taking a trip down Memory Lane!
Politiche di spedizione
Shipping quotes are for shipments within CONUS. All others will require a quote. Shipments are made Mon-Fri, normally within two days of cleared payment. I ship fully insured using my choice of Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS. If the box is damaged in shipment, the buyer should notate with the driver any exterior damage noted. If the item has been damaged please contact us immediately. Take pictures of the damage to box, case, and instrument. The shipping company will collect the damaged item and I will file a claim. FedEx only deals with the shipper on claims.

In consideration of offers, your offer is a binding contract to purchase should I choose to accept it.
Due to the delicate and sensitive nature of electronics, I make no guarantees to the electrical operating condition of all vintage and used equipment that we sell other than it is operating correctly when it leaves our possession (unless noted otherwise in the description or our correspondence ). All items are shipped insured for full value and I will file the claim on your behalf if the item is damaged in shipping. Instrument set ups such as action height are personal preference, and what may be good for me may not be what you prefer (although I am pretty particular). I make no guarantees about instrument set up other than it is ready to play in it's current condition. I am happy to set the guitar up to the customers preference after the sale. Furthermore, I make no guarantees to the provenance of vintage items without having supporting records. This includes paint colors and hardware that may or may not have been changed before the instrument came into our possession. I am always glad to answer any questions customers may have to the best of my ability on the condition or originality before the purchase is made. Vintage instruments are far too fragile and rare to put through the mail more than necessary. Due to the complexity and high shipping cost associated with international orders, all shipped international sales are final.
If you wish to return an item in the 3 day return period, contact me for a return shipping label. Under no circumstances are you to return an item without contacting me first. I reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee unless there was gross negligence on my part. Buyer is subject to restocking fee if payment is made on an order and they request that the order be cancelled while being processed and before delivery.
