General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

We want customers to shop with confidence while helping us protect the condition and value of our merchandise.
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
If a buyer simply changes their mind, decides the item is not the right fit or wishes to return it for another preference-based reason, a return must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery and approved by Ben’s Music Stop before being shipped.
The buyer is responsible for tracked and fully insured return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved change-of-mind returns refunded to the original payment method are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
At the discretion of Ben’s Music Stop, the restocking fee may be waived when an approved exchange is arranged, where permitted by the selling platform.
NEW ITEMS
New items must be returned in like-new, fully resalable condition with all original packaging, tags, protective materials, manuals, accessories and documentation.
Items showing damage, modification, misuse or wear beyond what would reasonably result from careful inspection may not qualify for a full refund. Items that have been permanently registered, altered or returned with missing or damaged packaging or accessories may also have their return refused or refund adjusted where permitted.
USED AND VINTAGE ITEMS
Used and vintage items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped. No modifications, repairs, additional wear or damage may have occurred while the item was in the buyer’s possession. All included cases, accessories and documentation must also be returned.
RETURN SHIPPING AND PACKAGING
All returns require prior authorization. The buyer is responsible for securely packaging the item and using a tracked and fully insured shipping service. Damage caused by inadequate return packaging may affect return eligibility or the amount refunded.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Restocking fees and return-shipping charges do not apply when an item arrives damaged, is defective or is materially different from its listing description.
Any damage, defect or listing discrepancy must be reported promptly with clear photographs of the item, its packaging and the shipping carton. Buyers must retain all packaging until the issue has been resolved.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Damage, modification, missing components, excessive wear or deterioration in condition may affect return eligibility or the amount refunded.
Certain products may be non-returnable for health, hygiene, licensing or special-order reasons when clearly stated in the individual listing. All transactions remain subject to Reverb’s applicable policies and buyer and seller protections.
