Each piece we offer has been thoroughly tested and serviced by our professional, in-house audio electronics technicians to ensure that it’s performing at, or above, factory specs. Any Issues on the receiving end are (and can only be) due to the rigors of shipping and will be handled through an insurance claim. We do not accept direct returns for items damaged in shipping, but it's important to us that you're able to enjoy the gear that you purchase. Our first course of action is to find a repair technician near you to create an estimate to repair the issue. Please note that we WILL NOT pay for any work that we have not authorized.

Unfortunately, returns are not possible for most of the items we offer for sale. Pre-owned audio equipment, speakers, and accessories are sold "as-is" and "without warranty." Equipment is restored, cleaned, tested, presented and documented to the best of our ability to illustrate an item's condition and functionality. We re-test every piece before we ship.
In the rare case of an item being returned to our shop the item
• Must be in the same condition that you received it and the shipment must be FULLY insured
• Must be in the same packaging that was used to deliver it to you. We will not accept any item packed by UPS or FeDex
• Must be pre-approved, and the Return Authorization (RMA) number must be conspicuously included in or on the box.
There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted, at the our discretion.
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
You must submit a Return Authorization to be eligible for any refund. Any items shipped to Aural HiFi without an associated Return Authorization number become property of Aural Audio, and no refund will be issued. Returns on items purchased through Reverb are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
