It is a family-owned company, and one of the largest independent authorized Pro-Audio dealers in the New England region of the North East US, shipping to clients worldwide. Because we are an Authorized Dealer for all items we sell directly, any warranty, product support, software downloads, rebates or otherwise is valid with us. We specialize in Professional Audio equipment and carry a wide variety of electronic items, with a focus on computer recording solutions.

Our phone number is 603-294-4161 US EST but, due to the extremely high call volume we handle and a desire to offer you with answers that can be followed through, your best bet is to use the Contact Form: we do our best to answer all questions within less than 24 business hours.
Customer service and shipping hours are Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. We are not open during weekends or during major US holidays, with reduced availability during Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. All items are expected to ship accurately, however we rely not only on manufacturers to supply correct products and current product information but also on a network of warehouses to ship it seamlessly. We ALWAYS strive to provide 5-star service to your complete satisfaction and want to earn your repeat business. We do a lot of business overseas and can facilitate issues regarding international shipping and customs issues, transit times and language barrier as our staff is fluent in more than one language.
