If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund returns, minus shipping (in original undamaged packing and in new and unused condition) within 30 days. Damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receipt for an exchange at no charge. For refunds for merchandise with free shipping, the buyer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping. The shipping cost will be deducted from the final refunded amount once an item has been returned. A restocking fee of 20 percent will apply. No refunds will be issued without prior approval. A customer RA number must be issued before we can except any return. Items that are damaged during return will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Shipping insurance for your return packages is strongly advised. No refunds will be issued beyond 30 days of time of receipt.
