Worldwide Direct Shipping from the Luthier:
All instruments are shipped directly from the Ibrahim Sukkar workshop via our dispatch center in Beirut, Lebanon. We use premium international carriers (DHL, FedEx, or Aramex) to ensure your instrument arrives safely.

Handling & Dispatch Time:
Please allow 3-5 business days for the luthier to perform a final setup and custom-fit the hard case before dispatch.

Tracking Information (Important):
Because our instruments originate in Syria, they must first be transported via secure land freight to Lebanon for international dispatch.

Step 1 (Internal Transfer): The instrument travels to Beirut. Tracking is not available during this 5-10 day window.

Step 2 (International Flight): Once processed in Beirut, an official international tracking number (DHL/FedEx) will be generated and uploaded to Reverb.

Total Delivery Time: Typically 10–25 business days depending on your location and customs processing.

Packaging:
Every instrument is shipped inside a heavy-duty fiberglass hard case, which is then packed in a verified shipping box with ample padding to withstand air travel.

Customs & Duties:
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

Buyer Responsibility: As per Reverb policy, the buyer is solely responsible for paying any customs duties or import fees.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs departments.

Remote Area Surcharges:
If your shipping address is designated as a "Remote Area" by the carrier (e.g., parts of Australia, New Zealand, or remote islands), we may contact you regarding a shipping surcharge or extended delivery timelines.
