We offer Free* shipping on most orders $199.99 and over within Canada. Oversize-Overweight items may have a small shipping fee. Fees will be displayed in the listing.
Items on sale do not qualify for free shipping.
*Free shipping and displayed shipping costs may not apply to "Beyond Point" or “Remote” postal codes as determined by Canada Post and/or our couriers. We will contact you if we need to add shipping fees. We will not ship unless you agree to the extra charge. These include PO Boxes, Territories and Atlantic Canada .
Small inexpensive items will be sent by post mail to keep prices down. If you require tracking, please contact us prior to your purchase.
Reverb adds shipping costs to each item ordered with shipping charges applicable. You can contact us prior to ordering and we can send an offer with reduced shipping costs or we can refund any extra charges.
We ship with Canada Post, Canpar, FedEx and UPS. We reserve the right to use the courier of our choice. Customers can request a courier of their choice - extra charges may apply. Items are shipped Tuesday to Friday.

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Our products can be returned within 14 days from the time you receive your product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund*.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 14 days from the time you receive your product
The product is in its original packaging
The product has no sign of used or damaged
The product was able to come to room temperature before opening the box.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from A Pratte Guitars & Strings.
If your order received free shipping or you only paid for part of the shipping, our cost of shipping will be withheld from the refund.
Restocking Fee
Items returned from website sales are subject to a 10% restocking fee and or handling fee.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale and Discounted items
Unfortunately, sale and discounted items cannot be returned and refunded. Only regular price items can be returned for a refunded.
