In most cases (unless otherwise stated in the item description), we cannot provide a warranty for old, used, DIY, or vintage equipment. In the event of a malfunction, please inform us within three (3) days of receiving your item, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. All music equipment we sell is thoroughly tested prior to shipment and is shipped insured, or serviced by our technician when necessary.
In the unfortunate event of damage during shipping, we will file a claim with the shipping company within three (3) days of receiving the package.

In the case of a return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Also, orders canceled at the buyer's convenience are not eligible for a refund of PayPal's processing fees.
