The JHS Little Black Amp Box acts as an external master volume control to tame incredibly loud amplifiers down to bedroom practice levels. It allows you to crank your amplifier's preamp volume to get rich, natural tube saturation and drive without the ear-splitting volume.
The FX Loop Connection: It connects directly into an amplifier's series effects loop. You run a cable from the amp's FX Send to the input of the pedal, and another cable from the pedal's output back into the amp's FX Return.
- Signal Interception: By sitting between the preamp section and the power amp section, its single knob cuts the signal level down right before it hits your speakers.
- Passive Design: It is a completely analog, passive utility that requires zero power to run.
