I've had this pedal for a couple of years but I've been using a Kemper to gig and record with, so it has had very little use and is in close to new condition. I did remove the rubber feet that it ships with and I put Velcro strips for pedal board mounting (see 3rd pic.) I upgraded to the latest software just last week. The power supply is included, as well as the original packaging for the pedal. These units sound amazing!
