This is a Fender Japan Stratocaster, likely made between 1991 and 1992, based on the serial number.
It features a beautifully figured two-piece solid flame maple body — a premium spec rarely seen even on custom models.
This appears to be a one-off custom order guitar.

The contoured heel and overall construction strongly suggest that it uses the body of the high-end STR-1150 model from the STR series, known for its flame maple construction and built-in mid-boost circuit — both of which are present here.

What sets this apart from a typical STR-1150 is the neck:
It’s built to traditional specs, with truss rod access at the heel rather than the headstock.
The logo is also the older spaghetti-style, not the bold Traditional Series font.
The pickups are standard Japanese Fender units rather than Lace Sensors, but the inner side of the pickup cover is stamped “31276,” indicating they’re genuine Fender Japan parts from the period.

Both the neck heel and neck pocket are marked with “K-131,” suggesting it was a custom-ordered build.
Regular production STR-1150s typically have printed model numbers, not handwritten codes like this.

The most unusual — and fascinating — detail is the handwritten kanji “大至急” (“urgent”) on the neck heel.
Even among special order guitars, it’s incredibly rare to find this kind of note, which suggests the instrument was made under tight deadlines for a specific client or request.
In my years of handling rare and unusual Fender Japan guitars, this is the first time I’ve ever seen this marking. It makes this piece truly unique.

There are some extra screw holes around the pickguard area, indicating it was likely replaced at some point.
As I acquired it secondhand, the full history is unknown, but I believe the pickups and electronics are original.

There’s no doubt that this guitar is an exceptionally rare and valuable piece.
If this body were to be recreated today using the same solid flame maple, the cost would be astronomical.
This is a highly recommended instrument for collectors or players looking for something truly distinctive.

Weight: Approx. 4.1 kg — on the heavier side for a Stratocaster.

For a guitar that’s 34 years old, it’s in remarkably clean condition.
The frets show very little wear, and while there are minor scratches and scuffs, there’s no major damage.
The Japanese mid-boost system works well, and the TBX control functions as expected.

Included: Fender-branded soft case, tremolo arm, and everything shown in the photos. There is a hole on the bottom of the case.
(Note: Batteries not included)
