Martin J12-40 M jumbo 12-string w/ohsc 1988

Open to offers. Plays great and sounds great, but has some cosmetic issues; the main offenders are a few cracks in the top originating at the bridge. I believe these go through the wood. But they're stable and the guitar sounds amazing. There are some small splits in the fretboard where it meets the body. There's crazing in the finish. Also some pick marks on either side of the sound hole. There are some scuffs and dings in the headstock. Having said that, the guitar works perfectly. Straight neck, low action, truss turns, frets look great, electronics are clean. Double bound 16" body, spruce top, multi ring rosette, rosewood back and sides, 14 fret mahogany neck, bound ebony fretboard, hexagon inlays, ebony bridge, rosewood headstock overlay, gold Martin modern tuners with ebony buttons. I just polished the frets, conditioned the fretboard, replaced the 9V, and restrung with D'Addario EJ38s. Guitar is tuned to E standard. Case has some cosmetic wear (rust on the metal bits, some tears in the Tolex) but it's gig worthy. Ships to lower 48. No international. No trades.
