Very good condition - 20yr old solid mahogany 12 string. This Martin has sound as big as a piano with its jumbo sized mahogany body and 12 strings. The neck is thin and the action is low and comfortable, it ships in its original hardshell case.

Body: Mahogany jumbo body with X bracing, satin finish and one ply tortoise pickguard.

Neck: Slim mahogany neck, 25.4” scale length, 1 7/8” nut width, 14 frets to the body, rosewood fingerboard with pearl dots and rosewood overlay.

Hardware: Chrome Martin closed back tuners, rosewood bridge, bone nut, white bridge pins with black dots.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in very good used condition with just a few light scuffs and pick scratches around the body and pickguard. The back of the satin neck has been buffed out due to playing, as has the bass side hip of the lower bout.

Playability: The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functioning and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fingerboard with no dead spots or choking out. The Saddle is very low and so is the action.

Case: This Martin comes with the original hardshell case.
