Azeri Tar made from old wood cut from the trunk of Mulberry with an arm of walnut and binding and head plate made from Soviet Bakelite, formally horn. Instrument was made in the late 50s.
Rare to find an old one outside of Azeribaijan because of export limitations and taxes.
