This is an original Pearl SY-1 Syncussion module. These are absolutely fantastic sounding analog devices. They're basically two synthesizers, monophonic with various waveforms. They have low pass analog filters, one on each channel. They have LFO modulation one on each channel.
Originally these came with percussion pads, but I've been using them as drum triggers to track audio signals coming in. I feed a kick drum or a snare drum from a daw into each input and get a matching sound that triggers very fast.
There have been quite a few replicas but this is an original. It looks like it has seen some use, but is in good shape and sounds fantastic. Sold as seen in the photos.
