The Restoration Includes:

• Crossover Network Upgrade: The factory crossover networks were pulled and tested. The original aging electrolytic capacitors were removed and replaced with fresh, high-tolerance film capacitors to bring the driver frequency slopes back to original factory specification and ensure long-term electronic stability.
• Control Switch Service: The rear high-frequency balance adjustment switches were thoroughly flushed and cleaned with DeoxIT contact cleaner to eliminate dead spots, resolve intermittent dropouts, and ensure clean signal delivery to the tweeters.
• Hardware Detailing & Refinishing: The original factory driver mounting screws were treated to a multi-stage mechanical de-rusting and de-oxidation process. After clearing all surface corrosion, the hardware was refinished in a durable satin black to provide a clean visual anchoring foundation and protect against future moisture exposure.
• Enclosure Restoration & Conditioning: The factory utility vinyl veneer cabinets were deep-cleaned to remove decades of surface grease and residue. Surface abrasions and minor imperfections were mechanically reduced before the vinyl panels were treated with a premium synthetic polymer protectant and restorative conditioning agent to restore a clean, uniform factory finish.
• 80-Hour Lab Soak Test: Every speaker undergoes a strict "burn-in" to ensure new capacitors are fully settled and the system is mechanically and electronically stable before being offered for sale.
