Introducing the 6” Complete Cast — Pure B20 Bronze in Its Rawest Form!

Our original 6” Cast is already one of the most unusual creations in the GM Designs collection. Crafted from a solid piece of premium B20 bronze, the same alloy used in our high-end cymbals, this remarkable little instrument delivers a distinctive metallic voice, bright accents, and a powerful, bell-like presence.

But what happens when we take an already extraordinary creation and leave even more of its original bronze intact? Meet the 6” Complete Cast!

Our traditional 6” Cast begins as an incredibly heavy piece of solid bronze. To achieve its signature sound, we typically lathe away nearly half of its original weight, bringing it down to approximately 1,000 grams.

With the Complete Cast, we've taken an entirely different approach. No lathing. No material removed. Just a solid piece of B20 bronze weighing approximately twice as much as our original Cast!

The result is a completely different sonic personality! Its substantial weight produces a tighter, brighter, and more concentrated metallic voice, with a pronounced attack and powerful, cutting bell-like tones. It's a fascinating alternative to our traditional Cast, offering drummers and percussionists another unique sound to explore.

And we didn't stop there! Before stamping our logo, we carefully polished the bronze to reveal its beautiful, natural golden finish, giving this heavyweight creation an appearance as striking as its sound.

Like so many of our unconventional instruments, the Complete Cast is designed for those who enjoy exploring sounds beyond traditional cymbals and percussion.
