If you like the idea of a low wattage EL84 driven amp, but want to move a little more air, the SOLDANO ASTROVERB 16 Head may be just the amp for you! This single channel dynamo packs the soulful crunch of its SOLDANO. The ASTROVERB 16 enjoys a far greater range of gain than most amps in its class. Tonal character – ranging from glassy clean, to gritty edge, to modern high-gain, grind are easily attained using the Preamp gain and Volume controls.
Other features of the ASTROVERB 16 include Mercury Magnetics Transformers, Preamp, Reverb, Bass, Middle, Treble, Volume and Presence controls, as well as two speaker jacks so that you can use an additional cabinet if so desired. As with all SOLDANO reverb amps, the ASTROVERB 16 gets its twang from a tube driven spring reverb.
