Greco EG600J Jeff Beck Model Maxon U1000 Pickups w/Hard Case - 1978

Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a super clean Greco EG600J Jeff Beck model with Maxon U1000 Humbuckers and a hard case.  The Jeff Beck model came from the factory with a deep Oxblood finish that fades to a dark Moss Green as you see here.  It's 100% original, professionally set up and deep cleaned and ready to rock.  It features a Mahogany body, Maple cap, a Mahogany neck and a dark Rosewood fretboard.   It's a homage to Jeff Beck's 1954 Les Paul.   24.75" scale, 10" radius, 8.68 lbs.  The pickups read in the same range as the vintage PAFs with the neck metering 7.71k ohms and the bridge at 7.81k.  Sounds like a Les Paul.  Comes safely packed in the Hard Shell case in the photos.  

The nut measures 1.74" neck depth is .85"-.94" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively.  It's a comfy medium C profile, not chunky.  Freshly strung and accurately intonated with D'Addario 10-46 XL nickel strings and factory spec action at 4/64"-3/64".  The frets are polished and exhibit very little wear and no divots.  The fretboard is clean and conditioned.  The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability.  There are a few scratches and dings as pictured.  It remains in excellent playable condition with no dead spots.  The prior owner scrawled their name in the headstock.  Rather cute.
