Meinl Sonic Energy Ornamental Series singing bowl in black with gold ornamental detail, 3.9" diameter. Complete with the original rosewood-handled mallet, matching cushion ring, and fitted display box.
Rings at E — measured at 666.5 Hz on a spectrum analyzer, about +19 cents sharp. These Ornamental Series bowls aren't factory-tuned to a specified note, so that's a measurement rather than a spec. Second mode sits near A#6, which gives it the shimmer these bowls are known for.
Good for meditation, sound bath work, or as a tuned accent in a recording — small bowls like this sit high and cut through a mix without muddying anything underneath.
