Now the bad news, and what makes this a project. It has the infamous white pickups. Several have ”died”. The unique wiring scheme of the 54 means that if one pickup dies, its total signal loss. Replacing all of them at once is actually much easier and makes more sense than trying to just replace the individual dead ones- but it’s not a bargain. I’ve priced it accordingly.
