About this listing
This is a super cool Norlin era Gibson Les Paul Custom that plays and sounds great! The 3-pickup models are a bit harder to come by and the natural finish looks amazing with the gold hardware. This guitar is comprised of a one piece mahogany body, three piece maple neck, and ebony fretboard. The neck has a very slim profile.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body from normal play. There's also a thin gash underneath the binding located on the lower side of the body. There's also some scuffs on the headstock and on the back of the neck below the headstock. The finish is starting to show some discoloration in that area as well. The pickguard and hardware have aged and show some normal tarnish from over time. The pickup selector switch tip has chipped off on the side but otherwise still functions as it should. The frets are used but still play great overall and the electronics work as they should.
The pickup covers, and 2 of the knobs have been replaced. A screw is missing from the electronics shield. The tailpiece looks like it may be a later replacement. This guitar is otherwise original.
Includes the pictured Gibson chain saw case.
