The guitar shows signs of having been used but is in excellent condition – and to my ears definitely sounds better than when I bought it. As such, a mahogany top on a Blackwood body together with the compact Grand Concert body creates a warm and midrange sound that is perfectly suited for band situations. In addition, the shortened 631mm scale length with a neck transition at the 12th fret provides amazingly soft and comfortable playability, due to the lower string tension. Furthermore, the Taylor 322e 12-Fret V-Class is equipped with the newly patented V-Class Bracing, which produces better intonation, more dynamics and more sustain in the higher positions.Additionally, nickel-plated die-cast tuners keep the tuning clean, while the compensated Micarta saddle provides clean intonation and a flat string action. Gemstone Acrylic has been lovingly handcrafted into the fretboard for visual appeal.For on-stage use, the ES-2 pickup system transmits the guitar's outstanding sound to the amplifier with natural dynamics and balance.
