2001 Collings 0002H SB acoustic guitar in a beautiful dark two-tone sunburst finish, complete with its deluxe fitted TKL hard case and a copy of the factory specification confirmation from Collings.This guitar was completed on 11 July 2001 and was originally supplied to Lark Street Guitars. The factory specification sheet confirms a Sitka spruce top, East Indian rosewood back and sides and a Honduran mahogany neck.The action is perfect and very easy to play. It sounds amazing very balanced and accurate. It is an exceptionally well-built, responsive 000-size guitar with excellent note separation, balance and clarity. The 12-fret body design, 25½-inch scale and wide 1 13/16-inch nut make it particularly well suited to fingerstyle playing, while the pre-war scalloped X-bracing provides plenty of warmth, openness and projection.A removable soundhole pickup is currently fitted, making the guitar suitable for amplified performance.
