Godin ACS Nylon KOA Extreme HG is a premium nylon-string electro-acoustic guitar from Godin’s Multiac family, combining the feel and response of a nylon-string instrument with the practicality of a chambered solid-body design.

Made in Canada, the ACS KOA Extreme features a solid cedar top with a highly figured koa leaf veneer, paired with a chambered Silver Leaf Maple body and Canadian Laurentian Basswood wings.

This construction gives the guitar a very different character from a traditional classical acoustic. The chambered body provides a controlled, focused response and makes the instrument exceptionally resistant to feedback — especially useful for live performance at higher stage volumes.

The mahogany neck is paired with a Richlite fingerboard and a comfortable 1.9" nut width, making the guitar particularly approachable for players coming from electric or steel-string guitars while still retaining the feel and articulation of a nylon-string instrument.

One of the standout features of the ACS KOA Extreme is its Custom LR Baggs electronics. Each string uses an individual transducer saddle, producing a detailed and articulate amplified nylon-string sound.

In addition to the standard amplified output, the guitar also provides a 13-pin hexaphonic output, allowing direct connection to Roland GR-series guitar synthesizers and other compatible 13-pin systems.
