The Meinl HCSD141620 HCS Dark Complete Cymbal Set comprises a 14" pair of hi-hats, a 16" crash and a 20" ride, forming a tonally balanced basic set. The hi-hat delivers a crisp ‘chick’ sound and smooth open tones, whilst the crash provides quick accents with a short sustain. The ride complements the set-up with a powerful ping, a clear bell and a controlled wash. All cymbals are made from specially treated MS63 brass and feature a focused attack with a medium-dark tone. These medium-weight cymbals are suitable for genres including rock and pop and are manufactured in Germany. A wide-blade profile and the uniform dark finish also give the individual models a unified visual appearance.
