Classic Boss CS‑3 Compression Sustainer from the late‑80s/early‑90s Made in Taiwan (MIT) era. This is the familiar blue box you’ve seen on countless boards, great for evening out dynamics, adding sustain, or giving your clean tones a bit of Nashville snap.
The pedal is in excellent working order: no scratchy pots, no drop‑outs, all controls behave as they should. Cosmetically it’s pristine for its age, with no scuffs and no wear. No mods or internal tweaks – this is the stock CS‑3 sound.
Controls for Level, Tone, Attack and Sustain make it easy to dial everything from subtle “always‑on” sweetening to more obvious squish. Works nicely in front of clean amps or as a boost into overdrives.
