Item Description

The Victor JL-B44, released in Japan in 1974 during the "Golden Era" of Japanese audiophile equipment, is a well-regarded direct drive turntable of high Quality of both engineering and sound. Slot DC servo motor. Further, this tonearm features an anti-vibration design, and the interior contains vibration-attenuating material. The plinth is made from a gorgeous 41-layer stacked beech wood, the same as that The rotation feedback system uses a stroboscope. The arm lifter is an oil dump type. The JL-B44 has some impressive stats, including an SNR of 58 dB and wow and flutter of <0.05 % (WRMS). The JL -B44 is a great vintage Japanese turntable that you won't want to miss!

This turntable is in excellent condition, with some minor signs of wear and age, including a few minor scratches and some body coloration (please see photos). The corner side has a minor crack (pic 11). This turntable has been thoroughly checked and tested by our professional technician, confirming its flawless operation.
