Shipping Policies
・All of our packing is done with expertise and professionalism. We take the utmost care to ensure your order arrives to you in the condition in which it left us in Tokyo.
・After professional packing in Tokyo, we ship within 2 business days via DHL Express or Fedex. All shipments are fully insured and include your tracking number. Shipments typically arrive at most destinations in 2-3 days time.
・Import duties, taxes, and other charges which are not included in the item price or shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

・In some cases our in-house technician can solve the issue quickly. But if the damage is significant, we ask that you keep all the packing materials. We fully insure every shipment, and we need your help when filing an insurance claim.
