Premier 2000 snare, early/mid 70s, chrome over aluminium with original snare wires (one strand missing), damper and slotted tension rods.
Finding a Premier 2000 in this condition is becoming incredibly rare. While most 1970s aluminium Premier shells suffer from severe chrome peeling and flaking, this particular drum has only a couple of surface scratches and cosmetic pitting, no serious peeling. The famous "Diamond Chrome" plating is entirely intact across the shell and hoops, showing only the typical light, uniform cosmetic pitting expected of a 50-year-old vintage drum.
The Flobeam parallel-action mechanism is fully complete, unbent, and functions smoothly.
I would rather this drum was picked up in person as I don't have a case for it and would rather the buyer inspected it in person but if you're serious we could work something out. I'm willing to send more pictures/ films to anyone interested.
