The body of the G-Mini 55 is fully constructed with a koa top, koa back, and matching koa sides, all protected by a smooth satin natural finish. 

The entire body is bound in walnut and integrates two specialised ergonomic solutions: a rounded-over forearm "Binding Relief" edge along the lower bout and a "Comfort Carve-Away" at the upper shoulder to enhance access to the higher register. 

Structurally, the instrument relies on quarter-sawn scalloped Sitka Spruce bracing to optimise top vibration, while visual details include a three-ring parquet rosette crafted from alternating maple and mahogany.

Short-Scale Playability & Premium Appointments

The neck is built from satin-finished mahogany equipped with an internal two-way truss rod and features a compact 23.25-inch scale length for lower string tension and easier fretting. 

It is topped with a laurel fingerboard housing 20 frets and classic dot inlays, which anchors to a premium ebony bridge. 

Precision components include a Graph Tech NuBone string nut and gold tuning machines fitted with ebonite buttons. 

The headstock is detailed with a maple Washburn logo, and the instrument comes pre-strung with D'Addario EXP-16 light phosphor bronze strings and includes a factory gig bag.
