About This Model

The La Mancha Rubi CM/59 is a 3/4-size classical guitar built around a solid Canadian cedar top paired with mahogany back and sides, delivering a warm, responsive tone suited to younger or smaller players working through classical repertoire. The neck is crafted from Toona Kalantas with carbon reinforcement for long-term stability, joined to the body via a traditional Spanish heel construction, and features an ovangkol fretboard and ovangkol bridge with dual bore. Bone nut and saddle contribute to clear sustain and intonation, while the 590 mm scale length and 49 mm nut width provide a comfortable feel for smaller hands. Gold-plated machine heads with black buttons, maple bindings, and a matt open-pore natural finish complete a well-appointed instrument that was recommended by EGTA for 2017/2018 and ships strung with Savarez Cantiga High Tension strings.
