Very recent, hardly played, Eastman 810ce. No dings or scratches.
New design fills important gap in Eastman line-up by providing a top level all solid carved full size archtop with set or mounted pickup (rather than a floating pickup). Previously, both the 810 and the 910 were floating pickup/acoustic archtop designs.
new 810ce features:
mounted humbucker: Lollar Imperial (custom wound for Eastman hollowbodies)
abalone and mop details headstock/fretboard/tailpiece
cool new f-hole design
parallel bracing (better suited to electric archtop - set pickup - design)
This gives a much fatter sound than the superb 580 or 503. But it is both lighter and a tad smaller than the full size gibson version (the Wes L5). If you want a modern style single pickup L5 guitar - and you don't want to spend Bob Benedetto money - this guitar is just the thing.
