This is quite likely the only one of these in the U.K. released a few weeks ago at Earthquaker day in Akron, Ohio. Third Man Hardware and 1981 Inventions collaborated on only 65 of these pedals, dedicated to the Black Squirrel of Akron.
Those that didn’t sell in person on the day were put onto Reverb and sold out in seconds. I was lucky to get one.
I had intended to keep this as I collect all things Third Man, but with an upcoming wedding and many other pressing things expenses, having something of this value stuck to my pedalboard seems a little self indulgent!
Everything from new is included: box, paperwork, bag for the pedal and little squirrel as pictured.
The only change from new is the Velcro I’ve applied to the bottom to stick to my pedalboard. This can easily be taken off to get the pedal back to new condition.
The pedal sounds amazing and I will be sad to see it go but it’s a necessary sacrifice.
