Empress Effects Heavy distortion pedal in excellent condition and full working order.

A seriously versatile high-gain distortion pedal with two independent channels (’heavy’ and ‘heavier‘!), extensive EQ control and switchable gating. It can cover everything from tight, articulate modern high-gain sounds through to much heavier, saturated distortion, while retaining a huge amount of control over the character and response of the sound.

The Heavy is particularly useful if you want high-gain distortion that can be shaped properly to suit different guitars, amps and playing styles, rather than being locked into a single voicing.

The pedal is fully tested and works perfectly. It has been well looked after, with only minor signs of normal use. Please see photos for the exact cosmetic condition.

I’m selling as I’ve recently moved to a modeller which has replaced my traditional pedalboard, but I’ll miss this pedal!
