Up for sale is a rare and uncompromising 1980s Mesa Boogie Strategy 400 Stereo Tube Power Amplifier in good condition that has recently been serviced and tubes replaced.

​If you need unmatched headroom, bone-crushing low-end tightness, and pure tube punch, this is as big as rack power amps get. Rated at a massive ~200 watts RMS per channel (or 400 watts total across stereo outputs), the Strategy 400 provides incredible dynamic punch and clarity that modern digital modelers and smaller power amps simply cannot replicate. ​Condition & Specifications: ​Tested & Working: Fully functional across both channels A and B. Dynamic controls, half-power switches, and presence/volume knobs operate smoothly. ​Tubes: Loaded with a full compliment of heavy-duty power tubes and 12AX7 driver/phase inverter tubes. ​

Cosmetic Condition: Good vintage condition. Little rack rash on top, bottom, and mounting ears consistent with age and gigging, but the faceplate remains bold and legible with sturdy original handles. Some screws were replaced due to them being missing when originally bought 16 years ago.
