SHIPPING METHOD:
At this moment, we only ship to US 48 contiguous states. Most of the time, your order will be shipped via UPS and in some circumstances we might ship via Fedex or USPS. Most items are eligible for free shipping within US 48 contiguous states.
Free Shipping:
Free Shipping is applies to all purchases here on our site. The only exception is for oversized packages that require freight or special handling, you will be advised at check out or with an agent follow up for such products. Please note that most drums and some other over sized items are shipped via UPS Freight. UPS Freight will deliver products curbside only. UPS Freight will not bring the equipment inside the house unless you select one of the following two options.

Returning Your Product
When returning your product please ensure it is packaged in its original box using the protective inserts. If you do not have the original packaging you must ensure it is adequately packaged to protect it during transit. Any costs for damage sustained as a result of insufficient packaging, will be held by the customer.

All items originally included with your product when purchased . This included the original product box.
A clear description of the issue with your product.
Important Information
Returns are allowed 30 days from the original delivery date.
Items must be received within this time frame otherwise items will be refused upon delivery and returned back to you.
We will not be responsible for items shipped back to us past the 30 days returns period.
Items returned used, damaged, missing any components or accessories will be charged a restock fee of 15% plus postage cost.
If the item you received is defective with manufacturer defects you will not be charged any fees or postage. A refund or replacement will be offered.
If you return the item because it was accidental order, you did not like or the item did not meet your expectations you will be charged a restock fee of 15% plus postage.
No Fault Found
If no fault can be found with your product you will be charged an inspection and /or restock fee of up to 25% in addition to this all postage costs for returning your product will be borne by You (the customer).
