Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is approved, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking will be uploaded to the Reverb order as soon as the shipment is processed.
All items are packed carefully and securely to help prevent shipping damage.
Shipping rates shown in the listing apply only to the specified shipping destination and service.
Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value orders at my discretion.
Please verify that your Reverb shipping address is correct before placing an order. I can only ship to the address associated with the order unless Reverb authorizes a change.
Delivery estimates are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and other events outside my control may affect delivery time.
If a package appears damaged on arrival, please keep all packaging and contact me through Reverb promptly with clear photos of the box, shipping label, packing materials, and item.
Lost or damaged shipments will be handled through the applicable carrier or shipping-protection claim process. Please cooperate with any required documentation or inspection.
International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any carrier brokerage charges. I will not declare a lower value or mark merchandise as a gift.
Refused, undeliverable, or returned-to-sender shipments may be refunded only after the item is returned and inspected; original shipping, return shipping, and applicable restocking fees may be deducted where permitted.
Reverb requires sellers to ship and update tracking within three business days after an order is approved, so the 1–3-business-day handling commitment is aligned with the marketplace expectation.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrectly described or damaged in transit.
Returned items must be in the exact condition received, with all included accessories, manuals, parts, and original packaging when applicable.
Items that have been used, modified, damaged, disassembled, or returned with missing items may be ineligible for a full refund.
Original shipping, insurance, and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
No partial refunds will be issued. If there is a problem, please contact me first so we can work toward a fair resolution.
Please retain all packaging and provide photos of any shipping damage before opening a claim
