Conditions particulières
Care is taken to ensure that your musical instrument arrives in excellent condition. All merchandise (except exclusions below) may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping & handling costs, if the customer contacts us for Return Authorization within three (3) business days upon receipt of merchandise and if the item is returned in saleable condition as determined by our warehouse.
Exclusions: Certain items cannot be returned. All Meinl gong sales are final.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. For items with free shipping or shipping included in the price, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping & handling, which will be deducted from the purchase price refund. There is no restock fee if the return is made within the agreed time and if the customer follows these return instructions.
All claims for damage or defects must be made within three (3) business days of receipt. Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials to return the instrument to the address provided by the seller.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
Returns are sent to the address provided by the seller when a return authorization number is provided.
If the customer does not obtain a Return Authorization number or does not contact us within 3 days of receiving their shipment or returns the item to the wrong location, a 20% restocking fee is charged.
