General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Wolfe Guitars Approval Policy
48 hours inspection-approval following receipt; buyer pays shipping both ways & any applicable Credit Card/ PayPal transaction fees, as we are not able to recover these costs in our State of Florida. Reverb.com fees are recoverable. Items must be returned promptly and within reason, in the same condition as received. Return policy does not apply to layaways, custom build orders, modified instruments nor Used Amplifiers. Should an item purchase with a credit card be returned due to no issue other than a change of heart or personal circumstance- there is a 3% transaction fee to cover any applicable credit card refund (believe it or not), which we cannot recover, or we can mail a refund check and only incur the initial 3% fee. Obviously if there is something actually wrong with the instrument we can discuss a complete refund, if we made a mistake of some sort.
