Guitars are shipped with padding inside their original box (unless they are in a case), which is then packed with more padding inside a bigger shipping container.

Buyer must contact Wire Meets Wood before sending any returns and submit a return request in Reverb.
Drum kits, drum/banjo heads, cymbals, cases, hand percussion, software, harmonicas, mouthpieces, and in-ear earphones are not returnable. Special orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
If return is received with damage or signs of wear, refund may be reduced.
Buyer receives a refund less restock fee and return shipping cost unless an incorrect or defective product is received.
Product descriptions are generally obtained directly from the manufacturer.
