Established in 1966, Wentworth Music has 3 locations in the Southern part of BC Canada. Still family owned and operated, we pride ourselves on speaking the language of Music, and getting gear into the hands of musicians across the world.
Shipping Policy
We will ship with tracking to the listed regions.
“Shipping to extended areas" refers to delivering packages to locations considered remote or difficult to access, like rural areas, islands, or sparsely populated regions, which often result in an additional "delivery area surcharge" from shipping carriers due to the extra costs associated with reaching these destinations; essentially, you pay more to ship to a place that's farther from standard delivery routes and requires more effort to reach.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any additional fees, including but not limited to, customs clearance, brokerage, duties or taxes.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
No returns/refunds will be offered on any instruments that are played or performed with your mouth.
Buyer is responsible for all additional shipping charges, including, but not limited to brokerage and duty.
Reverb’s processing fees are no longer refundable. As such, any items that are returned will also be subject to this fee not being refunded to the customer.
