UpFront Guitars specializes in a few selected brands of guitars, amplifiers and accessories that are almost all made in North America, and offer exceptional value for the gigging performer, serious hobbyist, or player looking to take their gear up a notch. We also play, test, and photograph every piece of gear you see, and can tell you more than just what color it is and the price. Every word is written by us, and we don't cut and paste ad copy from our supplier's websites. It's a time consuming process, but it's our mission to make shopping for gear engaging and satisfying. The internet is here to stay, and many players are comfortable making a significant purchase on line....if they can get knowledgeable information about the product. We're not in the widget business, and buying a guitar is not like buying a microwave. We make each sale one at time, making sure that every customer gets the information they need to make an informed decision.

Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipments will incur additional charges. Prior to payment for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations, please inquire for shipping cost and be advised that the buyer is responsible for all import duty fees and VAT taxes.

Conditions particulières
Despite our best efforts to accurately describe and match our products to your needs, sometimes the "fit" just is not right. For those rare situations, our 14-day return policy begins from the date that you receive the product, whether in the store or online.
Our requirements are simple:
- Please return the product in like new condition, with all original packaging, tags, warranties, certificates and user information. Do feel free to keep our business card and sticker!
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and must insure the product for the full purchased value. Any damage claims occurring during return transit are the responsibility of the buyer. Upon request I can send you a return UPS label so you get our shipping rate. I will deduct the shipping from the return. Credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected at Up Front Guitars.
- Please, if you are not sure you are crazy about your purchase, do not take it on a gig or loan it to your friends! If a product is returned with wear/damage to the extent that we cannot resell it as new, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
