We pack everything we ship very well, whether it’s going around the corner or around the world. If you receive your item and there appears to be shipping damage, please contact us immediately at 310-393-8232. Please keep the shipping box and ALL packing materials. DO NOT THROW AWAY THE BOX OR ANY PACKING MATERIAL IF THERE APPEARS TO BE SHIPPING DAMAGE.
Not having these items will void any insurance claim with the carrier. Pictures will be required of the box, packing material and damage to the item. Once they are sent to us, we will start the insurance claim process with the carrier, and will keep you up to date on the progress every step of the way. Please message with any questions you may have! We ship all over the USA, shipping price depends on location.


***PLEASE NOTE:
All items larger than a pedal will ship signature required.
When purchasing, please be aware once an order is placed, we DO NOT re route to another address or to any UPS or FedEx drop off locations. It will ship to the address provided to us by Reverb only.
Signature will be required as per Reverbs safe shipping policy, so please be aware you, or someone, will need to be present at the shipping address to sign for the delivery.


Under no circumstances will we re route any package to another address or have it re-routed to be held at a FedEx or UPS facility. NO EXCEPTIONS.


Shipping is free on SELECT NEW items over $200.00 within the lower 48 states.
