General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
7 day return policy on new and used items. Pre order items are not returnable. Again, preorder non stock items are not returnable. I'd prefer to have a conversation or a FaceTime call prior to the purchase of instruments. This can eliminate any misunderstanding and can answer all questions up front. Please make immediate payment or message prior if other arrangements are needed on payment. Buyer pays for initial shipping and return shipping on returns. It's come to my attention now on returns that all money processing fees are kept by reverb and not returned to the seller.
