The Rock Inn is Perth's premier guitar destination store. We specialise in new, used and vintage instruments. We have Perths largest range of new & used guitars, amps and effects. The guitars are on show in 3 large show rooms at our shop in Mt Lawley. We are a guitar store, run by guitarists for guitarists - so stop by (in person or online) and check out some of our guitars today!
We have a large national & international customer base, and pride ourselves with our online service - you can buy with confidence knowing your item will be properly inspected before shipping, packed well, and always sent to you with full tracking.

We will ship with tracking to the listed regions. All quoted shipping prices are to Australian CBD and Metro areas - for regional addresses please ask for a quote. To negotiate shipping rates to other countries, please send us a message.
Please note that all shipping prices for guitars and amplifiers are for FREIGHT ONLY.
All international orders will be subject to taxes and duties upon import, all taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local authority to see if these charges will apply to your purchase.

Returns and Refunds:
PAYPAL ORDERS: Paypal no longer refunds fees paid by us (the seller) for receiving payments, this fee is around 3%. For example, if you buy a $2000 guitar from us, and pay using Paypal, we only receive approximately $1940 (Paypal takes $60 in fees). If you change your mind and ask for a refund, you will receive $1940 back (as Paypal keeps the $60, despite the payment being refunded). Before you ask, yes, we have raised this issue with Paypal!
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied you can return the product within 48 hours for a store credit against another item (less any applicable shipping costs). We are unable to offer a refund if you simply change your mind. Refunds on goods purchased will only apply on defective items (see warranty policy for more information).
To be eligible for return, the product must:
Be in the original packaging along with all included materials; and
Be in the condition that it was received in
Goods returned in undesirable condition (scratched, nicked, used, or modified) cannot be returned. We must be notified of your intent to return within 48 hours of you receiving the item, and you must return or ship the item within those 48 hours. All international sales are final.

Please pack carefully and use a shipping box for packing your return unless returning by hand. You may choose any shipping service you like to return the package to us, and you will cover the cost to ship the item back to us. We cannot accept liability for items lost by a courier company during a return. We strongly recommend some sort of tracking or delivery confirmation and insurance.
