Every instrument ships professionally set up, carefully & sustainably packed, and fully insured - so it arrives safe and ready to play.
~We know that buying a finely made instrument sight unseen, and trusting it to travel across the country or overseas can feel daunting. That’s why, for over 50 years, we’ve treated every shipment as if it were our own.
~Set up, adjusted, and ready to make music from the moment you open the case. Every instrument gets a final check before it leaves our shop. If it needs a setup, a small adjustment, or even a fresh set of strings, we take care of it so when you open the case, your instrument is ready to play, not waiting for work.
~We ship exclusively with UPS, our trusted partner for safe, reliable delivery.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

PLEASE READ:
--Guitars, Mandolins, Banjos, and Ukuleles can be returned after a 48hr approval period. All shipping fees are responsibility of buyer if instrument is returned.
--Amplifiers, pedals, and pickups ARE NOT returnable unless damaged or defective upon receipt. All shipping fees are responsibility of buyer if instrument is returned.
