Most new guitars will ship anywhere in the continental US for FREE via UPS or FEDEX. There will be some exceptions, including low margin instruments. Please contact us for shipping costs to Alaska / Hawaii, Canada, the UK and Europe, and elsewhere. For previously owned guitars, a flat rate of $75 will be charged for shipments to the continental US.

Conditions particulières
Try any new guitar for up to one week. We will accept returns for up to seven days after your guitar is delivered. Unless the guitar has been damaged in shipment on its way to you, you will pay for the return shipping. You must call or email us within seven days of delivery for shipping instructions before returning the guitar. We will issue a full refund of your purchase price less any fees we incur, such as PayPal fees. We will not refund international shipping costs. All shipments outside of the United States may be subject to local taxes and duties which will be the responsibility of the buyer. If an international shipment is refused and returned for any reason, the buyer will be responsible for all expenses such as return shipping, etc. There will be a special 25% restocking fee for all returned internationally shipped guitars unless the buyer makes other arrangements with us. Previously owned guitars will carry a three day limit on returns. For returned domestically sold guitars, there will be a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to waive the restocking fee on a case by case basis.
