General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If you buy an item and simply don't like it (it plays fine, but isn't your style) I will ask that you pay shipping in both directions, and pay a 15% restocking fee.
If there is a problem with the order, you will need to report it to Reverb immediately. No full refunds will be given unless there is a well-documented issue that has been explained to both Reverb and to the seller.
