Politique d’expédition

Unless otherwise stated on the listing, most orders ship with tracking within three business days of payment. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We are closed and therefore do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Please allow three business days before contacting us to ask when your order will ship.

Once we provide tracking information, we typically drop shipments off with the USPS the same, or the following, business day. Please note that shipments prepared on Friday may be dropped off with the carrier the following Monday.

Shipping times may be a bit longer during or following sales/promotions, as we are dealing with higher-than-normal volume. You will be notified of any extended delays.

US orders are typically shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery for Ground Advantage is generally around 2-5 postal days (excluding Sunday). 2-3 days (not guaranteed) Priority Mail shipping is available for an up-charge. If you're in a hurry to receive your delivery, we can also ship orders via 1-2 days Express Mail. If you are interested in expedited shipping, please contact us for a quote for Priority Mail or Express Mail *before* purchasing.

Based on guidelines from Reverb, our policy regarding delayed and/or lost shipments is as follows: If the tracking number has not moved for 14 days for US shipments, or 30 days for international shipments, at the request of the buyer, we can initiate an investigation/insurance claim with the package courier service (USPS, UPS, etc.). When the results of the investigation come back establishing that the package is lost and/or the insurance claim is paid, we will re-ship or refund the order at our discretion.

Information for international shipments: Depending on your country’s policies, international shipments may be subject to import taxes, including VAT and/or brokerage fees that must be collected before you can take possession of your delivery. Where applicable, import taxes are generally levied depending on the value of the goods being imported. Depending on your location and the purchace price, applicable taxes may or may not be collected by Reverb at the time of purchase. You therefore may be responsible to pay import taxes to collect your delivery. The buyer is responsible to research and stay current on any applicable taxes before ordering.

For international returns: any import fees or tariffs that we are required to pay to receive your return will be deducted from your refund, in addition to a 15% restocking fee.
